Final Thoughts

JM: Is there anything else you would want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to jail?
Shawn: Visit if you can, it's really nice to get some support from the outside. It makes life in jail seem a little bit more normal.

JM: Is there anything else you would recommend to a future inmate?
Shawn: Inmates should try to keep to themselves and follow the rules and policies to make the experience as painless as possible.
